What we provide
Gulf fishing charters on Phat Kat are turnkey: rods, reels, tackle, bait, and ice are aboard so your group can focus on fishing—not packing a tackle box.
Your captain rigs for the season and the bite, whether that means bottom fishing reefs and wrecks 30–40 miles out or working pelagics when they show. If you have a favorite rod or lucky lure, bring it; we are happy to work with your gear when it fits the trip.
Island Hopper, sunset cruises, and dolphin tours do not require fishing tackle. Those trips are about swimming, sandbars, wildlife, and time on the water—pack for a day in the sun instead.

- Motion remedies if anyone in your group is prone to seasickness

- Florida recreational saltwater license for fishing on your own before or after the charter
- Gratuity for the captain and crew (customary, never required)
- Fish cleaning at the dock (arrange locally or ask when booking)
